MEET THE OWNERS

 

Billy & Cathy have been married for over 50 years. Together they raised two children.

 Son, Billy Jr. & daughter, Lori.

After many years of Billy working as a butcher for Safe Way & Cathy helping her mom run a self owned restaurant, they decided to venture out and create their own place. 

​

With Billy as Butcher, handy man & comedian and Cathy as the cook, advertising dept & architect, the two created an amazing business that generations are enjoying!

​

Butcher Boy's was created in 1977 & has become a Nacogdoches landmark.

Locals & visitors from all over gather at the Huddleston's "Butcher Boy's" Monday through Saturday every week.

After many years, Butcher Boy's has remained the same.
